Day 5 of #ridingeverydayinNovember

It was my mother's 85th birthday on Sunday, but I was in Southern California.  In an attempt to make amends, I took her out to lunch today.  I brought my bike along since there was thick fog around this morning and I was hoping for some clearing later.  Sure enough, by early afternoon the fog had cleared enough that I felt safe riding. I took off from near mom's place and just rode randomly around the residential neighborhood in search of 5 miles.  I found them!
