7 days makes one weak

Today was my 7th consecutive day on a bike. I rode long last weekend, but during the week I've just been puttering along in the neighborhood of 20-30 miles.  Tonight I rode a very easy out and back on the Springwater Corridor.  It was a nice evening to pedal.  It was in the mid 70's as I started out.

 As the sun went down it got noticeably cooler and the light was leaving. I had a front blinky on but did not bring my good light. 

Finished the ride up just as it was getting dark, then went out for Chinese food. A good evening for a bike ride.
