I am helping out Race Across the West solo rider Mick Walsh in the position of home based blog assistant. I will be getting phone updates throughout the day as the crew gets into cell service areas and transferring that information to his blog. So far it's been quite an adventure for Mick and his crew. Spirits are high, as is the temperature in the Southern California desert. Today it reached 109 degrees outside of Brawley California, the location of Time Station 2.
