It's yet another sunny day in Western Oregon! I took the bike out to the Lake Stop Store near Hagg Lake and made a couple of laps around the lake. It was a cool morning but wanted to take advantage of the nice weather to get a bit of hill work in before Chilly Hilly this coming weekend.
The Tour of California riders don't have such nice weather. They are once again riding in rain. As I type this they are about 25 miles into today's stage. I'm a dyed in the wool Oregonian, but I do have to admit that they are traversing some awfully pretty country today.
Tomorrow's Tour of California stage 5 is a 15 mile individual time trial taking place near Solvang.
