The weather was nice, in the upper 70's, dry, no wind to speak of. I had the helmet cam along tonight in an effort to improve the job I did on Tuesday where the camera aim was a bit low. Tonight was significantly too high. I guess next time I'll fasten it somewhere in between and see what I can get! A good camera angle if you want to see the birds flying over us as we rode down the hill. :-O
I got seven climbs in tonight, but the first one I didn't go around the top of the hill.... so I'd position myself to take the video posted above. Should have ridden around the top!
Post ride a few of us extended the evening with some snackage.
My string of thousand mile months may come to an end. I'm likely to only be able to ride 2 weekends in September. I don't have much time for mid week rides.
I might get time for an afternoon ride tomorrow though!
