Hot Hot Hot!

I rode with fellow STPer Megan today. Our plan was to begin near Champoeg Park and ride the approximately 31 miles to Scholls Heights Elementary where we'd meet Lisa who wanted an hour ride. We began at 7AM, rode to the Canby ferry and took a ride(a first time for Megan)
From there we worked out way over the Scholls Heights Elementary. Our 3rd rider never showed up. (a pet peeve of mine!) After waiting for a half hour we hopped back on the bikes. We rode a slightly different route back. The hills along Advance Rd and up from the ferry had done Megan in so we opted to take our chances with a 3/4 mile ride along I-5 over the Boone Bridge. It wasn't all that bad.
When we got back to our vehicles the temperature was 99. As I drove home it gradually climbed to 102. That's pretty warm to be riding!

We ended up with 51 miles.
