I had a few days where I just seemed to have too many other issues to find time to get on the bike. I finally remedied that today. I rode a leisurely 107 mile ride beginning in Newberg and more or less following the Willamette Valley Bike Route to Salem then heading east to near Sublimity and coming back via Silverton, Mt Angel, Gervais, St Paul, and finally back to Newberg. Logged a few miles but not a hard workout. Sort of a Sunday ride on a Tuesday! It was nice weather, in the mid 70's with mostly light wind.
