Twiddling my thumbs

I organize a two day camping and biking weekend at Crater Lake every year.  This year I had 14 folks signed up.  We leave today.  In the last week people have been dropping like flies.  By 9 am I was down to 5.  One of them is riding with me for the last 220 miles,  and he is running late.  I took the new found free time to ride the fixie to lunch.  3 miles. Now nothing left to do but wait.
