Off I go again

I went on a few errands today via the fixed gear bike in preparation for an early morning departure.

I will be crew chief for Barry Dickson as he challenges the Hoodoo 500 course in Utah.  Barry is a strong rider and I expect him to do well, though there is never a sure thing in ultra racing.  You can follow us via GPS tracking. The race organizers have a photo stream available HERE.

I've been around the ultra distance racing scene for quite awhile now.  This will be my 46th race serving as crew/crew chief.  I've met a lot of nice folks along the way, and crewed for many of them.  Many of them will be at Hoodoo.  I wish them all well!
